Shipping & Delivery & Returns

UK & International Shipping available - All order are sent via a tracked delivery service, once dispatched aimed delivery is between 2-5 working days.

I aim to dispatch your order between 2-5 days, If you in need of you order sooner send me an email before you order and I’ll see what I can do :)

Pre Ordered items will be shipped once the pre order period is finalised, this can be found on the original product listing.

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage handling fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. As the importer, the customer is entirely responsible for paying these fees to release the package. FirthByDesign is not liable for these charges and cannot predict or refund them. If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer remains responsible for all original shipping costs and return fees.

Returns are accepted - If you would like to return an item or has arrived damaged, please keep all original packaging and let us know as soon as possible so we can sort things out quickly. If you ever need to get in touch about a return, just send us an email at firth.design22@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll be here to help. Customers are liable to pay shipping fees on returned products.
